Hony 1140 is a mixture of high molecular weight silicone elastomers in low viscosity dimethicone fluid, it brings velvety skin feel, it can be used as a thickener in anhydrous and water-in-oil systems to improve product stability use in skin care, color cosmetics, sun care, antiperspirants and deodorants, and personal care applications.
