Product Description

 

Hony 9040 is a mixture of high molecular weight silicone elastomers blend in cyclopentamethylsiloxane, a  transparent - translucent cross-linked silicone elastomer gel. It is compatible with various lipophilic active ingredients such as fragrances and sunscreens. Hony 9040 is easy to formulate such as a thickener for water-in-oil and water-in-silicone. It is absorbed with a little sebum, which leaves the skin feeling dry, silky

smooth and non-greasy. The stability of vitamin derivatives such as vitamin A palmitate is improved by prior mixing with the Hony 9040 silicone elastomer mixture before adding to the full formula.
