Description:

Hony FW-164 is an environmentally friendly scouring agent with excellent performance. It has the characteristics of fast scouring speed, strong alkali resistance, good oxygen stabilization effect, and low foaming. It is suitable for long lathe, bleaching, steaming and cold stacking processes of knitted, woven cotton and their blended fabrics.

Usage

1. Long car scouring bleaching process:

      W-164: 5-15g/L  Metal complexing agent: 5-15g/L  NaOH(100%): 10-20g/L
      H2O2(100%): 10-15g/L

1. Cotton knitting boiling process:

      W-164: 1-3g/L  NaOH(100%): 1-2g/L  H2O2(28.5%): 6-10g/L
The specific process can be adjusted by the user through the sample.

Applications:

All cotton and its blended knitted fabrics, etc., pre-treatment boiling, long turning technology.
