| Polyquaternium-10 is the product of an etherification chemical reaction between hydroxyethyl cellulose and 3-Chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride (CHPTAC). Cationic cellulose is a polymer of excellent conditioning and repairing functions as well as water solubility. It uses the latest chemical production process, the cationic portion of the polymer in the more uniform distribution of the cellulose chain links. | |||
