Product Description
Hony 9041 is very similar to the Hony 9040, the only difference being that the cyclopentamethylsiloxane in the silicone elastomer mixture is replaced by a non-volatile, low viscosity (5cSt) polydimethylsiloxane. The addition of Hony 9041 to the formula has a silky smooth feeling and long-lasting skin texture. It is generally used for thickening waterless formulations and water-in-oil formulations. It is non-flammable and can be combined cold and hot.
Usage:Hony 9041 should be added together with the silicone oil in oil phase. Before processing, it should be evenly dispersed. The viscosity of Hony 9041 will gradually decrease as it is diluted in other oils.
