Description
Hony CTAC is a water-soluble conditioner and antistatic agent that boasts a 30% concentration of active quaternary ammonium salt. Specifically formulated for hair care and shampoo applications, it stands out for its efficacy and safety profile. Unlike some preservatives in Europe, it is not used as such in formulations, reflecting its primary role in enhancing hair manageability and reducing static. Approved for use in Japan without restrictions, its benefits extend to improving both wet and dry combing, offering substantial antistatic effects that ensure hair remains smooth and tangle-free.
