Description
Hony STAC is a 70% cationic surfactant that is used as light hair conditioning agent. Its use in conditioners and cream rinses improves both wet and dry combing and reduces static electricity. As it is cationic, it is used primarily in conditioning products rather than in shampoos. It also finds use as a topical antiseptic and a preservative due to its ability to inhibit the growth of microorganisms.  It is used as a surfactant (for cleansing and emulsifying) and a suspending agent.
