Description:

Hony FW-163 is a mixture of special alkyl polyglycol ethers. It has multiple functions such as excellent chelating properties, permeability, hydrogen peroxide stability and scouring effect. It can be used for pre-treatment scouring, cold stacking and long lathe processes of cotton and cotton-polyester fabrics.

Usage

1. Pre-treatment boiling process of all cotton and cotton-polyester fabrics:

W-163:0.5-2g/L, H2O2 (27.5%) : 5-6g/L, NaOH: 2g/L   Temperature: 95-98ºC, Time: 40-60min.

1. Suggested formulation of cold rolling and stacking process:

      W-163:5-10g /L, NaOH: 10-25g/L, H2O2 (100%) : 10-16g/L
Pile at 35ºC for 16-24h, then short steaming, alkali washing, hot washing.
The specific process can be adjusted by the user through the sample.

Applications:

Pre-treatment of all cotton and cotton-polyester fabrics boiling, cold stacking and long carting process
