Description

Hony D5 is a synthetic silicone oil that is widely used in cosmetics and hair care, skin care products. It is volatile and is often added to serums, lotions, foundations, primer and conditioners to provide a soft silky touch and improve spreading properties. 
 

Properties

•Excellent spreading and detackifying
•Provides soft silky feel, no oily residue or build-up and non-greasy
•Exhibits low surface tension, low viscosity and good spreadability
•Offers greater flexibility in formulating cosmetic products.
 

Recommended dosage

Hair care: 0.1-5%
Resident essential oils: 1-30%.
