Description
Hony 102N is a 57% anionic emulsion of a high molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane. It is with small particle size and high within the relative viscosity. It can film a smooth and uniform layer on the hair, bring a lasting smooth feeling to the hair and with small accumulation to the hair.
