Product Description

Hony FS90 is specifically designed to disperse inorganic particles in water and stabilize their dispersion state. Suitable for inorganic sunscreen, inorganic pigment powder. Significantly reduce the viscosity of the dispersion, increase the pigment concentration in the formula, and make the color of the product more rich and full. Improve dispersion state, increase UV absorption, enhance transparency, etc.
Theory
The lone pair electrons on the phosphate group strongly bond with the empty orbitals on the surface of the metal particles to form a molecular film on the surface of the particles, which prevents them from combining with each other through three-dimensional structure and electrostatic repulsion, thus making the particle size more uniform and fine and anti-aggregation. EO is hydrophilic and PO hydrophobic, so it has an anti-bonding effect in water.

Operating guide
When preparing the suspension, it is preferred to dissolve Hony FS90 in water, then neutralize, and adjust the pH value of the solution to 6~8. Inorganic sunscreen (toner) is added while stirring, and when all the powder is wet, the mixture is ground or homogenized with appropriate equipment.
The recommended dosage is usually 1/20 of ordinary powder and 1/10 of nano powder. If necessary, the dispersant dosage needs to be optimized according to the specific production process and production equipment.
Under Hony FS90 conditions: nano powder, carbo, anion-reversed latex polymer can exist in the aqueous phase at the same time, making the formulation more free and convenient.
